Looking to upgrade from nespresso

Hey everyone! Like the title says, I’m looking to upgrade my current setup as a Christmas gift to my wife and have narrowed down the easiest (at least it seems like it) upgrade to two options. Both options are on the cheap side, ideally not trying to spend more than $550/600. The first option would be a Breville Bambino (not plus) and a grinder at the $200 price point (either the smart grinder by Breville or the Baratza Encore ESP). The second option is the Breville Barista Express that already has a grinder. Any recommendations or personal experience with any of these would be appreciated.

Basically, trying to get into a budget set up that will still taste good and will be easy to do everyday relatively quick and looking at two different Breville models.
