Radar looks terrible LGA > TPA

I don’t know if I can do it. Heavy rain and NWS saying marginal risk of severe weather all day tomorrow on the eastern seaboard. There’s no way it can be safe, already got notifications from delta that there may be issues with my flight. Why not just cancel it? It can’t be safe to try and fly in this weather or land when storms are coming to Tampa. Can it?
