What is your justification for statment that Mikage is good? Ally atack?

I used her in hydra as well and came to the same conclusion as OP. Her metamorph form is pretty useless in hydra. But her base form brings a lot of great tools.
First, ally attack is good. We all know that. And ally attack with 6 champions is even better. Second increasing all buffs on allies and debuffs on enemies and decreasing debuffs on allies and buffs on enemies is a wildly underrated tool, especially in hydra.
Extending your own buffs is huge and really helps to keep things in tune. Everything else it does is just extra. Hell it works as a pseudo enemy buff strip because most of the buffs they create/steal that you can remove are going to be one turn.
Finally, her a1 has an ally team up with her. I also used michinaki in this hydra comp. Basically michinaki gets at least one extra attack each round. Which for a hard hitting champ like Michinaki, thats no joke. Especially when you factor he’s likely going to be cheating out even more a1s thanks to his passive with hex.
So yes, OPs team comp is really strong regardless. But Mikage fills a really powerful slot in this team.

I see the is synergy with nekmo provoke, small dps increase, debuff duriation increase. Do those small things addon together into something big? Hard to see

The damage isn't that small either. Between Varl, Shamael, Michinaki, and hex, every A3 into a neck added 2 million damage or more.

All three of her skills are incredible, and the passive is good too. Ally attack is just generally strong, and she has the best one in the game.
But her A2 is also an insane skill; extending buffs is good, but extending debuffs too is awesome and made hex/block buffs/-SPD/-DEF far more consistent while also letting Michinaki save his A2/A3 to immediately debuff fresh heads or necks. It cleanses provokes (and when Shamael is eaten, fears) and strips buffs to boot.
Then her passive solves many problems Varl would otherwise have, which is how he survived 1500 turns on NM without a rez. And the A1 is great and leverages Michinaki's provoke set; it would also pair well with Harima or Ninja.

My current is doing half of that and i taught it was good, Im just stoned with that team. Plus, is mikage booked?

Mikage's form 1 is fully booked, although the only important one is the cooldown on her ally attack. I didn't use her form 2 at all.
200m is still an extremely respectable key. I find that hydra progress comes in surprisingly large jumps; you can see in my post history that I hit 300m in late October, and it was only back in July that I broke 100m the first time. If you get just a little bit more damage or speed, it means you kill heads faster and have more time to attack necks, and that's a big increase in score.

Yes, thats for sure. I also have some of mine on my post history. Recently more on the hard level where Im close to broke up the 500mill Mark and 2 months ago i was doing 200-300 Mill per Key.
Im on that phase where, only working with the team i have without switching anybody, is to take the most out of the 1500 turns.
This is mine, the Record has like a 1 1/2 months or so. Still havent tried again, had some regear on the Middle and haven Patience again for it. Also got a 5* for Shamael and a 1* for Nekmo.
Islin drags the team a bit down, want to build him with 100 crit rate to up that, while i dont switch the team completely. Also Husk i believe it can do better with the reflex.

Last rotation was super awful for Michinaki and this one is better again, so I hope you get some more PRs! I bet you can get more damage out of Shamael too.

Yeah, i kept him on Guardian just for safety still, but think i can switch to a more Pure DPS build. I had Bivald instead of Islin and Shamael kept the team alive, now i think its not needed as much.
But i think i can get at least +70-80% more damage out of him, Gave 1000 more attack and 30% Crit damage plus the blessing Boost. But can give way more for sure.

Speed increase, turn meter increase, and revive all are useful unless you have someone that does that better. Depends on your roster and your needs

I think I'm on my 3rd week. Never really got too far in to any of these kinds of games, I am trying now. I honestly don't know what I have. I have Elhain at 5 star

She's OK, especially if you don't already have Scyl or Arbiter or another good rezzer.

As a general rule, just don't use epics or legendaries to feed to anyone else and you'll be pretty safe.

Hey, stats on michinaki please? Just can’t get his def high enough and his crit rate. Either one has to take a drop off when I try build. Any help would be appreciated

Hi thank you, I was more interested in the stats per gear - do you have crit rate % gloves? Where you getting the rest of HP from? I’m losing my hair trying to get him high. Kudos to you though man, he looks like a demon with his damage output

Crit rate gloves, yes. The stats shown also include area bonuses (only ignore defense is maxed, but acc/res/speed are 7/10 and a bit in the rest), and my great hall is maxed.
The lion's share of his damage is hex and burns; you can see from his leech healing that his direct damage is only a bit above Shamael's.

She's a good champ, but I don't think she's the reason your team is doing so much damage. The increase atk/crit dmg up is super nice tho, as (I think) she's the only good hydra champ that brings both. The buff extend is super nice. But, a Lanakis also brings the increase attack and ally attack and buff extension, so a mythical doing similar roles as a lego is not something to really be happy about.

Swapping her in for the Mithrala/Rakka/Arbiter I have previously run in that slot added 100m above my previous best. It wasn't even fragile; the result you see here was my first try after rebuilding Varl and went very comfortably to the turn limit.
Lanakis has a weaker ally attack, no A1 ally attack, and her extend does only one of the four things Mikage's does. I agree Lanakis is a good comparison, but Mikage is firmly better by a good margin.

Varl is just a damage dealer, so you can replace him with pretty much anyone. Pinthroy's must important job is Block Buffs, although he does also have healing, +DEF, and +ACC. The most direct substitution would be Uugo.
You could also mix that around, running Wukong or Supreme Galek for damage and block buffs, and then a healer/protector in Pinthroy's slot, for instance.

Don’t be a dick. And it’s easy to undervalue what ally attack brings when paired with strong champions. If you look at (non trunda) world record teams literally all of them have ally attack.
Find me a team doing over 400m with Ashwalker, then.
With the same roster and gear and months of refining, my PR a few weeks ago was 316m using Arbiter in that slot. Mikage took the team to another level.
You are missing the point, sure she is a great in an already good team but she on her own isn't a game changer.
I think it is you who are missing the point; I didn't say she is a game changer on her own. But she does add a lot to the team, more than she might seem to on paper. I know I was skeptical of her kit at first, and I've seen others with the same sentiment, but she has rapidly become one of my favorite champs and I use her in several areas. The A2 in particular makes her much much more than just another ally attack.
To add to this she’s absolutely disgusting for CC in live arena, definitely a game changer
