No XMP on Asus PC. How to upgrade RAM?

Troubleshooting

I regretfully purchased a pre built PC a year ago, hoping I could eventually upgrade it. I attempted to purchase additional RAM for it, however only the stock RAM will run at 3200MHz. I can run the other RAM but it will only run at 2400MHz, and there is no XMP to change this. My question would be, is it possible to get DDR4 RAM that will run natively at 3200MHz? I'm not sure how the RAM that came with it is running at 3200MHz while the others won't. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Asus ROG G10CE Intel Core i5 11400f

when tried other mem added to current or just it?
use cpu-z to see what mem is installed

Both. If I use the old and new ram it won't boot, because of the different speeds. But the old ram is the only one that will run at 3200, confirmed by cpu-z
