selling a trademark??

If a company want to sell their trademark (registered and operating in several countries in the EU), where and how does it go? any websites you could recomment to find potential buyers?

we have a small partner that wants to use the money from selling his trademark to fund his next project, but neither of us has any idea where to start from. Any help is appreciated!
