Tried, didn't :/ the geforce drriver this morning helped, but my cpu usage is still 100% and causing jittery low frames

I had this issue the first day. Decided to cap my FPS to 60 and it did the trick.

About 3 days ago, I started up the finals to find my medium settings were no longer playable. I don't remember downloading an update, but I'm getting a jittery 50 frames on lowest settings now. In task manager/ryzen master it shows that as soon as I open the finals it schedules 100% cpu usage. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know a fix? I was so excited for this game, I hope the devs undo whatever horrible optimization change they made
