Black box in VR (Meta Quest 3 / Virtual Desktop Streamer / OpenXR Toolkit / Open Composite)

I try to race in VR using combination of Meta Quest 3 / Virtual Desktop Streamer (VDXR) / OpenXR Toolkit / Open Composite. On Launching the game, through the headset, after a moment of loading, I see a large black rectangle and the garage loading area in the background - mostly covered by the rectangle - it freezes like that. PC displays the garage without the black rectangle and still reacts to the movements of the headset, but will not go past that view. I can only turn-off the game through Alt+F4. Any idea what might be the reason? Maybe some of you had something similar?
