Fire 10 registration issues

Ok, had a fire hd10 for my kids, it got broken. My mom bought them a new one on her account. We receive it, and I tried to set it up. Every time I try to register it it says the phone number email and password don’t match. I reset the password and tried again, same issue. I tried my mom’s Amazon info, same issue. Called Amazon, they said my account was locked, cleared the lock, tried to register, same issue. Called Amazon again, they told me to just make a new account. That’s unacceptable, I’ve purchased several games and stuff for my kids and I’m not going to pay for them again. Can someone please help it’s been hours!
