Can I Buy Another Steam Deck After Refunding It?

I refunded my Steam Deck just because I'm not going to have time to play games on it. However, in the future, when I have more time, I may buy it again. I read the steam hardware refund policy and couldn't find any information regarding this specific scenario. I don't see why I wouldn't be able to buy it again in the future but I'm just asking in case anyone has any experience or just knows what's going on.
