Book like Terry Pratchett's witches

Nettle & Bone by T. Kingfisher

This is a pretty good fairy tale retelling with two prominent side characters - a grave-witch & and a sligtly reluctant fairy goodmother who reminded me of Pratchett's no-nonsense witches very much. The main heroine is Marra, who is over 30, not particularly beautiful or charming, and she needs to save her sister from her very wicked husband. It is a standalone fantasy novel, with a bit of romance, adventure, and humour.

“Tell me if you get the urge to take a bite out of someone, though.'
'There's a long list of people I'd like to bite,' said Marra, a bit dryly.
The dust-wife snorted. 'Fair enough. Just tell me if you get the urge to chew afterward, then.”
