What would you change about this game to make it more casual friendly and lower the entry barrier?

Lots of people talking about this, but i havent seen many suggestions to "fix" this problem.

Here is few i have heard people would like to see:

• Give max level weapons for free?
• Make store bundles meta weapons/attachments?
• Make groundloot good so you can compete with loadout weapons?

What would you do?
