Remote Collaboration Recommendations (Smart boards, cameras etc)

Unfortunately I am not an embedded engineer myself - working on higher level software but am involved in the integration of hardware / software etc.

The other day I found a colleague holding their laptop in front of a machine so they could be shown on a Teams call some wiring that a supplier wanted adjusted on a test rig and I thought there's got to be nicer / better solutions than this.

So, for those of you doing embedded and collaborating remotely with other colleagues / teams / companies

- Recommendations for smart boards or best remote collaboration tools for annotating documents, specifications, whiteboarding together etc?
- Camera setups for looking at boards, equipment together etc (I have some background in the production world, so in some ways I am thinking of a few cameras and a switcher providing one feed to the PC to make it easier, but would love to hear what other people are doing)
