What's the dumbest reason for why you failed a class?

Mine was when I failed gym back in highschool for never wearing this heart moniter (that didn't fit me) and would grade us everyday so I just kept getting zeros. I also failed another class from college for not turning in the first assignment correctly. It was our only assignment atp.So then I had to withdraw cause they just though I wasn't attending.
