Thankyou for all the great advice. I will try all And yes i did use the cmos button on the board not the jumpers 🙏

As noted you are correct it is a power reset button. My eyes are not young anymore!😉😂

Thankyou 🙏 I now have a screen But the video error light is still on the board. I think now i can work with it any things i should NOT do?

You might try taking out the CMOS battery and holding the power button for a moment, then put the battery back in and try starting the system.
Make sure you turn off the PSU and keep it plugged in for ground.

I should just work. Always stuck at vga? Mine did that when I enabled legacy only in the bios. Try resetting the cmos.

Just as a note the reset button on the board is not a cmos reset that’s just a power reset switch. You have to use the motherboard jumper pins to reset cmos.
Just going simple ideas, have you tried with a cable in the HDMI and the display port? (At different times)
Can also try a USB bios flash update via the flash port.
If you have a dedicated GPU you can try that as well but the board should be working without one with the iGPU.
I have a b650m elite ax rev 1.1 with a 7800x3d it had an early bios and still booted with no issues until I did the legacy thing. How long have you left it running?
