Consolidation application error, how big of a deal is it?

Hi all. Like many others here, I took the plunge and submitted my consolidation application. However, after I submitted I realized that I accidentally listed that I’m not employed on Item 9 when I actually am employed. I thought about canceling and resubmitting, but it says that I wouldn’t be able to resubmit online for 180 days and would have to use a paper application. I’m also concerned that canceling and reapplying would could potentially cause more confusion and complication.

Is there a risk to letting the application process as is? Should I cancel and reapply? I’m kicking myself that I missed something so obvious. My understanding is that employment verification is handled by the ECFs.
