Is anyone familiar with this release? I was just browsing and I noticed that this was released and intended to allow third party mobile games to be played on a Windows RT device, but the MS Store seems to have it blocked for RT devices?

OP - click your link. Click the "Details" tab at the top. Scroll down to supported processors. For an app to work on RT, you'll want to see "ARM" listed.
(hint: it's not)
No need to be snarky. I was asking because the header clearly shows "Windows RT" is supported. Obviously there is only 1 version of Windows RT available, so there is an oversight somewhere.
This article also seems to agree: http://techcrunch.com/2012/11/01/agawis-gamezen-puts-streaming-games-in-windows-8s-modern-ui/
tl;dr...
"So what does Agawi’s GameZen product bring to Windows 8? 1,000 game titles to start, and with the key difference from native games being that they’re actually ready to play in Windows 8′s modern tile-based interface without pushing users back out to the desktop. And while most of these games are relatively low on the spec requirement scale (more powerful titles are planned for later), GameZen also offers hardware-independence, meaning they can run regardless of what kind of Windows devices are out there. It also works on Windows RT, which is a huge boon for users of Microsoft’s Surface RT, a device that can’t run the full gamut of existing Windows software."
I've sent an email to Agawi for anyone who is interested. I have no idea if I'll get a response, but here's hoping.
It is possible for a Store App to be available on only x86/x64 systems and not RT systems. So, it's more than likely not blocked, but rather just not available since the developer did not create or upload an ARM (Windows RT) package.
My guess for a likely reason why it's not available for RT devices includes limited 3d acceleration support/performance on RT devices. However, that's just a guess.
More likely the limit is flash as these all seem to be facebook games. Although RT comes with a version of flash, it's locked down to only run on whitelisted sites in IE10. Metro apps have no access to it (even when loading an iframe from a whitelisted site).
