The same thing happened to me, but it worked after I connected the dongle to my phone and restarted the app. Does your phone have a USB-C port?

Have you got the headphones connected to another device in multipoint, while you attempt the firmware update?

B&O app on my iphone, states that there are software update available for the Prtal PC/PS, from 1.1.4 to 1.2.0.  When I am trying to update, it just says that estimated time of 2 min, and it turns and turns and turns until the bluetooth connection times out and disconnects... any idea how I can get this updated?  Thank you
