What is the current meta?

Hi, friends, I'm a returning player and for context I last stopped playing a while after the release of fortuna. I have no clue how much has changed and was hoping you guys could provide info and/or resources to get up to speed on what to prioritise farming. I would especially like to know what modding is like currently.

Many thanks!

p.s. Is Nidus still cracked?
