Friend getting out after 15 years in prison, are there any resources or jobs that will hire him?

He'll literally do whatever and he knows that he can't be picky. He is fat and prefers not to do any type of construction (his exact words, not mine lol) but will if that's his only option. Really just trying to find something he can do straight out of prison.

Also he has no more than a high school diploma, got locked up at 18.

Also wondering if there's any job training available? I did tell him about the Goodwill classes but I don't really know much else.
