Migraine or headache?

I’ve had this really bad eye and head pain for 3 days. I thought it was a migraine because I had, light sensitivity, nausea, weakness, and basically just rested for 3 days which is not like me, but when I looked up migraines it said they are on one side of your head and I have this pain all over (from the top of my forehead to my under eyes). I’ve never had a headache this bad for this long, I just want to know what other ppls pov and what I could do to relieve it naturally
