CQM Quest given by Strauss

I'm doing another run with CQM and happened upon a quest I gad never seen in game or in the walkthrough. I had just gotten to Downtown and went into see Strauss and it started off with custom dialogue. He wanted me to investigate the Malks. He sends me to the Asylum to pick the minds of the Voerman sisters and diablerize Therese if possible. So I tried and Therese was on to me and sent me into a state of madness. I was teleported into the bathroom and when I walked out to investigate everything was different. I had to find my way out of madness.

Has anyone here played this quest? BTW, I was playing as Brujah.
