Nothing like NYE in the out of town Children’s ER 🎉

Kiddo fell and gashed her head badly during an apparently quite rousing game of Tag with the cousins. She’s okay, just needs stitches and a head CT, albeit currently VERY angry with me that we wouldn’t let her continue playing Tag and she’s missing fake champagne and dessert.

I mean… can’t think of a more fitting way to end the year, after having already had 3 hospitalizations + 2 ER trips this year 🙃
