Boyfriend experiencing stomach issues following motorbike crash

Hi everyone, recently my boyfriend has started experiencing some very serious stomach issues. These symptoms have started after a bad motorbike crash. His symptoms include

• Blood in poop
• Bloating
• Pain in left side of lower stomach
• Always feeling like he needs to poop
• Gassy
• Fatigue
• Clear fluid in poop
• Undigested food in poop
• Difficulty peeing

In March he was in a very bad motorbike accident where he was in hospital for two months for multiple injuries. He has a spinal fusion L2 to L4, which had impacted his nerves. He takes nerve medication which seems to ease the stomach pains. I’m concerned the crash has damaged his stomach. He was also on a very long and intense course of antibiotics during his stay in hospital.

He is 6’1, 75kg and is 25 years old.
