Need help in connectig 5.1 system to my monitor setup

Hi, my current setup consists of the monitor https://amzn.eu/d/8CcFWVT connected to a PS5 and my laptop (very old acer nitro 5) via its 2 HDMI slots. My audio out is a jbl BT speaker connected to the monitor via aux.

Wanting to upgrade my sound, I was looking at Sony's 5.1 soundbar system - hts40r https://amzn.eu/d/b8PgyJJ as it would be perfect for my small room but I now I came to know that aux only supports stereo. So how can I make this work? Is it possible? Or should I just look for a good stereo system instead? Cheers.

PS: I will be using it for gaming, movies, and music.
