Any advice to get a scholarship

I'm a 17 yo I have bac this year and I'm planning to get a scholarship(a full scholarship )specifically in the middle east (quatar or Emirates or Europe just any system better than Algeria) I kinda have an idea of the requirements but taking real people advice is better than any YouTube videos or documents And let's skip the basics like getting a good garde in bac Oh also in your opinion what you're going to pick as a major if you were in the same situation If you read this thank you for your time
