7800X3D - How to get best performance / low temps?

What’s better, manually limiting the core voltage to 1.2v or keep it to auto and set CO to -25 / -30?

I also have 7900xtx, is there anything I need to change there as well?

I usually prefer low temps on all components, even if I’ll sacrifice few fps.
