Time rift quest weekly not for alts?

I tried understand read wowhead. (poor english)

Since me first time do time rift on my main hunter. Done Weekly quest.
One reward only for panda vender. Transmog farm!

I try log alt, shaman same for mail tranmog. But I dont in group and wait she pop quest as time hit.

Nothing show for my shman… Blizz edited not allow alts farm faster for tranmog from panda vender, huh?
