Next 50 Years

Hey guys and Happy New Years!

I am relatively new to The Woodlands and am currently renting a home, with intentions on buying within the next year or two.

I’ve noticed The Woodlands is celebrating its 50 year anniversary which is awesome! I am curious about what locals are thinking The Woodlands will look like in the next 50 years. What does the future hold for this area?

As far as growth, I am finding that most neighborhoods are built out and it seems as though The Woodlands is done growing. Is there anything that I’m missing, or is The Woodlands pretty much built out? I find it hard to believe that The Woodlands is done growing, as it seems to be a very thriving community.
