Home Assistant reporting incorrect installed firmware version

I'm having an issue where Home Assistant is incorrectly showing an update for one of my devices, even though ESPHome shows that it's up to date. When I look at the device details, the "Device Info" pane shows Firmware 2023.7.1, but the Configuration pane shows Firmware 2023.12.5 (currently the latest).

I've tried removing the device from Home Assistant and reimporting it, but the old firmware version still lingers. Any workarounds to get this back in sync?
