Managers are bots

I’ve been lied to, they use everything you say against you, you can’t complaint, you can’t feel bad about something, this is a place that is only about the profit and not you, they don’t care about you, they can and will replace you in a heartbeat, if you get hurt you’re on your own, if you need help because life is bad for you, they will turn their back on you really easy.

A year and three months non stop hard worker at Amazon and one day my doctor gave me a letter so they could give me an accommodation to do jobs no lifting more than 20 pounds because muscle spasm, exacerbated by his daily work routine, wrote my doctor, only for a few weeks, site lead said no, because there’s no “space” for an accommodation, while 20-25year old healthy doing nothing all day, they give VTO all day all days all the time, on top they gave me a leave of absence, I’m on my own, I have no other source of income, they know this because I’ve been telling them I can’t afford not to work, I’m alone in this country, they just don’t care. Now I’m not making one dollar and there is not solutions for me.

Amazon warehouses don’t care about me, I was lied, there’s no family in this, they be giving me shutouts, I have all the badges, I’m an excellent employee, my record is flawless, and I killed myself for this company for what?

There’s no union where I live and this is why they abuse me and others like this, every hard working person at my site is complaining every day, no one at Amazon cares. HR leave decisions to site lead, site lead leave it to HR, you never get a satisfactory result in your favor unless they want to, is not about work ethics, is about as I was told by the site lead and I quote. “I RUN THIS PLACE”

Today is my birthday, I was alone on Christmas and new years, all I have is my room and my pooch, thank God I have a good mental health, because this situation would’ve broken a person in a bad way. They have made me feel like I’m nothing but a guy who lift boxes and if I feel bad they will just sent me home without pay.

I don’t feel safe even posting this here because I know they spy on us, is so horrible, I have to give up a career here because managers and the company don’t actually care about me.

I hope this post help someone, somewhere to make a better career choice. I hope this create a social awareness about Amazon warehouse actual environment and treatments, and I know this is happening in other Amazon locations/warehouses because I have been in some others as a “support” when they can’t handle the volume. (Still gave VTO on those other places that needed “help”).

I call all this industry, exploitation in the United States of America 🇺🇸.
