Any Dynamic Reporting ToolsFor Angular

Hi I have a requirement to give the client a dynamic report creator. They want the ability to create diferent report templates from scratch save it and use the template for their clients. I saw some report creators by syncfusion telerik and stimulsoft. Stimulsoft looks the best and easiest to use for the user. They al cost as in ALOT of money which turns me of and wil sure turn the client of. What reporting tools have you used for Angular and are there any open source free ones out there that you recomend I even thought of creating my own with quil.js but that could be very cumbersome to do a dynamic generator from scratch through code.
