Why is there a D'Kora-class operated by a female Ferengi in the Delta Quadrant in 2383?

I believe Star Trek prodigy takes place in 2383. Nandi is a Ferengi female, Ferengi are allowed to wear clothes and engage in economy in 2374.

Nandi takes care of Dal R'EL and Dal R'El looks quite older than 9 years old.

Now it's logical to assume that Nandi in any way obtain a D'Kora-class and travel to the Delta Quadrant while also met and raised Dal R'El on the way....it's just I found the math to really not add up.

To start. I don't think Tars Lamora is deep inside the Delta Quadrant, from Memory Alpha, they showed the Carina Nebule (where Tars Lamora is located) in VOY episode 7x21 "Inside man", the same season where Neelix left Voyager for New Talax
according to this map:

It's safe to assume that Tars Lamora isn't really deep in the Delta Quadrant.

Problem is, Ferenginar is in the Alpha Quadrant (though near the borders of Beta Quadrant). I don't think there is enough time for Nandi to command a D'Kora class in 2374, met and raise Dal R'El, reach the Delta Quadrant and selling him to The Diviner -- even if she was cruising at warp 9 before events of Prodigy.

So... unless her ship has slipstream drive or found a wormhole and Dal'Rel is younger than he looks, is there an explanation of this, or is this actually a plot hole that might be revealed in season 2?.... or am I being an idiot?
