Merchant Mission Question

I see that Advance Auto Parts is a merchant that qualifies for merchant missions if activated. If I use the visa card attached to my Atlas Earth account and make a purchase on the Advance Auto Parts website will I still get the AB? Ive made purchases at Auntie Anne's before in person and have gotten the AB but am curious about online purchases for Advance Auto Parts.
