Clothing help

I have a really close friend of mine who wants to wear more feminine clothing and be more feminine in nature. But he's autistic and gets overstimulated really easily. Especially by certain clothing feelings and things that are too tight, or even too flowy etc. Does anyone on here know any brands?? Or good fabrics that could possibly help with not getting overstimulated? Even any clothing you would possibly recommend from anywhere??
