Circumcision hindered my girth

From where I was cut my girth instantly decreases from 5” to 4.5” and glans down to 3.5”. Is it a genetic thing or traumatization. I’ve been doing pe for over a year now and only gained 4.8 to 5.3 at the base and 4.5 to 5 mid shaft. No growth beyond that whatsoever. Am I screwed?
