There is the audio from a random movie playing from my tv speakers

No matter what I watch there is the audio from a random old film at the same time as the audio from the show I'm watching. It is the same on both SBS on Demand and Netflix.

It stops when I turn off the DVD player, which is a Samsung, but comes back when turned back on.

There is an Apple TV box connected, which has the streaming services on it. Could this be causing it or is it something else?
