“Something went wrong” on MEGA

How do i fix this problem? Everytime i try to download a video to my photos on MEGA it says “Something went wrong”, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, i’ve deleted videos (even though im sure i didn’t have to because I have 2 TB of space on my IPhone and 20 GB left of space on the MEGA app), i’ve turned on a VPN, nothing works. Someone help me please. And also anyone have a clue as to make it download faster?
