NYS EMT Reciprocity help?

This seems like a long shot to me, but has anyone else in NY had problems with the EMT reciprocity process? I applied in September 2023 from Colorado and still have not heard back from anyone regarding when I can expect to hear back on the status of my application. Each time I've tried to reach out has been pretty unproductive. I've seen others say that it only took them a couple of weeks, but I've been waiting for over 100 days, and I have no idea how much longer I will have to wait. I'm a little frustrated because my EMS career is dead in the water until the state gives me reciprocity.

Anyway, If anyone knows what is taking so long or has a number to call/an email other than the default reciprocity email that would allow me to talk to someone who might know more about what's going on, I would greatly appreciate it.
