Thinking of Making a Manga site

This is for people who are running their own manga websites. I have been thinking of building a Manga website however I need some help with the following issues
1 How to bulk download softwares etc
2 Hosting is expensive so how do you manage that expense . Which hosting providers do you prefer
3 Bulk conversion of jpeg to Webp. also do you compress the images
4 Automation of website as much as possible as I dont get enough time

I am thinking of building the website on wordpress and using the madara theme as I have seen a lot of websites using this. If anyone can guide me through this process. I would highly appreciate that.
