Upgrading my 2018 Gaming/Workstation PC!

Build Help

Hi PC builders! I'm planning to upgrade my gaming/workstation PC to keep up with occasional 6k files being sent but usually 1080p Video editing. My 2018 PC can barely keep up with R3D files so I decided to upgrade probably 2nd Qtr of this year. My budget is around 60k-80k PHP max. My main focus on this PC is video editing and photo editing, and in regards to gaming, my current build can hit 60-144fps for most of the non AAA games and I rarely have time for gaming but would like to enjoy some time off with games.
My current PC components are:

CPU: Intel i5 8500

CPU Cooler: None

Motherboard: MSI Z370 Gaming Plus

Memory: Crucial 8gb 2400mhz + Kingston Fury 8gb 2400MHZ

Storage: 1 TB WD Blue + 256gb Kingston Nvme

Video Card: GeForce 1050ti Asus Phoenix OC

Case: Phanteks P400

PowerSupply: Aerocool 500 watts Bronze
What I'm planning to upgrade to:
CPU: Intel Core i5 13600K
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH D15 Air Cooler
Motherboard: MSI MAG B760M Mortar WiFi
Memory: 32gb (dual) ddr5 5600 G.Skill Ripjaws S5 CL36
Storage: 1 TB WD Blue + 256gb Kingston Nvme + Samsung 970 EVO plus 1TB
Video Card: Galax RTX 3060 Ti 1-Click OC 12gb
Case: Lian li Lancool 216 Mesh TG
Power Supply: Cooler Master GX750 750W 80+ Gold Full Modular ATX Power Supply

Would this build be stable and powerful enough to playback footage 6k footage? Where can I cut costs without sacrificing performance? Also, I think some of the components I chose are overkill like the CPU cooler since I read the i5 13600k temps are manageable without aftermarket coolers. I'm planning to re-use my storage and buy another one for the work files. Alternatively I'm planning on Going AM5 CPU but I'm reluctant because of the quicksync in Intel but in terms of future proofing AMD is more feasible, maybe it's just FOMO but I want to get advice for a video editing build with AMD. I mainly use Davinci resolve and Lightroom as editing softwares. I've read about every components needed for the build but I might have missed something that others saw that could be a bad build.
