Microtik switch and router issue

Hey y’all I have a microtik router and switch with a tp link access point everything works great until I plug in the switch via stp + I had bought a cable of amazon and everything seems to work my only issue is that my wireless internet connection keeps dropping the actual ap to internet it seems as all wired connections don’t seem to have a issue but once I unplug the switch it works great and no interruptions but they seem to be super random and not instant this is my second ap I’m trying and I have both system reset the switch and router and advice would be appreciated im not seeing any errors in the logs but I’m not sure if I’m missing a setting or something simple
