Anxiety in the morning not able to fall back asleep. Is it normal?

Are there any new mothers out here? Using zoloft? I started taking zoloft 50mg while highly pregnant for increased panic attacks. Its been 4 weeks and a half since starting. I just gave birth and I dont know if its the medication not working or my hormons but I still have this really bad feeling of unease,anxiousness on my chest/stomach every day arond 6 in de morning. I cant seem to fall asleep again nor after because everytime I close my eyes I get that feeling. Could this still be a symptom from zoloft? I thought they said i would start working around week 4. I just really want to sleep and feel better.
