First try question

I inoculated 3 bags mid November. Let them sit and they were looking good. Then around December 28th I decided to break and shake. The view window was all white and bags felt solid.

After the break and shake it seems like the mycelium growth has been extremely slow. It’s been almost 2 weeks since the break and shake and it really doesn’t look much different.

Is this an issue or typical? Anything I can do to speed it up more?
