Help? Metformin vs ozempic?

Hey everyone... The thing is.. I have pcos and gastritis... So i am picking up weight and not loosing like everyone else here.. Even when i eat like all u guys.. This sucks.. I need advice... I have tried ozempic.. O my.. It made me so sick.. Also tried victoza and could cope with that but now its no where to be found. Out of stock.. I want to know will metformin be ok.? The long release or can anyone relate to my situation... Plz i need advice.. Cant go on like this.. Plz help... I cant handle to much side effects.. I do drink zofer for nausea and oxycodone for pain and i do have altosec for stomach acid... I also get a panic attacks when i get a flare up... I am on depo shot for my pcos so weight is definitely against me.. Do i stop and risk my painful menst and pain meds for my stomach or what.. I am in a sticky situation... HELP HELP HELP
