How is not every post about PGE laying waste to residential clients?

A 30% increase for "improvements" they should have been doing to the lines before they were liable for millions of dollars in liability by the state. How are we not demanding a PUD (encouraged by FDR) to end this ridiculous fiasco by a for profit company that has no interest in anything but pathetically laughable profits to modernize a system from the 40-50s.
