Cooler Master V850 PSU fan running loud

I just finished my first PC build a few weeks ago, and untill today, I had never noticed this happening.

Anything more than normal loading, the fan is noticable, but as soon as jump into anything mildly intensive the fan ramps up significantly. During gaming it is louder than my case and CPU fans running on max. Is this normal? Or do I just have a dud power supply.

CPU: i7-14700k

CPU Cooler: Peerless Assasin 120 SE

PSU: Cooler Master V850

RAM: Corsair Vengance DDR5 32gb.

MB: B760i Aorus Pro

Case: Cooler Master NR200P

Case Fan: NF-A12x25
