ESA Waivers?

Are these difficult to get? My landlord requires a full extra month of rent deposit and then additional money each month, in my state ESA pets are exempt from those.

I do have a therapist ive been seeing regularly as more of a coaching thing to promote better habits, not really for trauma/depression/anxiety. Im just curious how this might play out before i ask.

There is a kitten im looking to adopt that a friend who works at a shelter is fostering and keeping on hold for me as i sort this out (within reason).
