[GM 4 F] Explore the Amberplanes

The age of exploration has shaken the world of Harlia to it's core. Once tiny kingdoms, like the coastal country of tidepool, have grown massive off their wealth absconded from the new world, the Amberplanes.

The Amberplanes are not one, but two newly discovered continents full of natures majesty, new cultures and peoples, and strange and unique magics. But most importantly, it has Heatstone. A magical and bizzare mineral that has somehow managed to trap the natural magic of the world to be exploited by even the most inept of casters.

This discovery has created a veritable boom of old world exporers and adventurers leaving thier home countries to travel these brave new continents in search of anything from monry and power to simple wonderlust.

All this among a rapid rise in the scope and effectiveness of new machines and crrations powered by the magic of heatstones, mage engines. Designed for all sorts of purposes and for all sorts of people, it has never been easier to obtain and use magical items and artifacts than just popping in a heatstone and using it to it's fullest potential.

But this isn't to say the new world is free of danger. Strange new monsters, flora, and fauna make for a trecherous experience in simply walking your way across the western world. Not to mention the rocky relationship between old world colonizers and the nations of locals already present on the continents.

So who are you in these new worlds? An outlaw escaping the law back home? An exploring just wandering to see the new world? A cassanova just looking to get freaky with the new local flavor?

Hey there! Experienced dm and roleplayer here looking to take a player around this new world and do a kind of cyoa style of rp.

The plan I had in mind was one with loose ttrpg mechanics like skills and mana and hp and dice, etc. But mostly focused on roleplay. I would like to have an actual story for the rp, though it doesn't have to take center stage if you desire. We can discuss smut/story balance.

Would love a long term and dedicated partner capable of writting at least a paragraph or two in reaponse, who can create a fleshed out and interesting character and is willing to work with me to develop their story and aspects of the world.
