Skip Right Wheel when playing or fast forward

Hey guys so I just got the Philips N5171, I have recorded two cassettes and it's been great. Except that sometimes it does this when I fast forward or playing. It seems to be different for each cassettes but the problem is still there. Any solution to this problem? Thanks so much
