Need information on CUREDOSIN MODS and starting fresh

I'm back from id say a 3 year break. My hunting buddy and i have both just bought the game on PC for the first time.

I spent about 5 hours yesterday hand picking a list of mods for us to do our like 4th play through as we have only ever done PS4.

This is when i came across the CUREDOSIN mod packs.

What i need to know is do the collection packs all work together if i install 2019- 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023?

Are the years basically based on what rank he made packs for?

because we are really starting fresh and want the new skins as early as possible?

cause if these are only for MR skins then ill be sad hahaha.

Any advice or help would be appreciated. excited for my first Bow play through
